This fun, hands-on class will walk you through the basics — from making and feeding your starter to baking a loaf that’s crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. You’ll learn the basics, get to ask questions, and take home the know-how to keep your sourdough going for years to come. No fancy equipment or experience needed — just a love for good bread and a little curiosity!

You’ll learn easy tips, get to ask questions, and take home the know-how to keep your sourdough going for years to come. No fancy equipment or experience needed — just a love for good bread and a little curiosity!

Join us at the Butler County Extension office on Nov 3 @ 5pm to learn more about Sourdough, how to care for the starter, and how to bake delicious breads. Register online or by calling the Extension office at 270-526-3767. Class size is limited.
